Shipping
Shipping rates will apply and will vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder, or contact us for confirmation.
You will also receive an email with real-time tracking information when your order has shipped. We currently ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Please allow for potential delays due to the high volume of orders, postal/delivery service problems, inclement weather, customs clearance, and other factors that are outside of our control.
Once you place an order, you have 30 minutes to cancel/change it before it processes for shipping. Simply contact us with your order details, and we will be happy to change your order and adjust the charges. You can still request a cancellation after this 30-minute window. Please note that cancellation after this period is not guaranteed.

International Orders
We do not currently ship to countries other than the United States, however, please do contact us and we will assist with shipping options and quotes. We are planning to broaden our shipping destinations soon.
Customs fees and duties vary by country. Customers are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery once an item ships from our facility.
Delivery Confirmation – Missing Delivery
UPS and USPS occasionally send premature delivery confirmation notifications. If you received a delivery confirmation but have yet to receive your item, please allow 36 hours, and email us at info@nonkuscorner.com. Please include information confirming the shipping address for the order.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel an order after it ships from our store. Requests to cancel an order that has already been shipped will be treated like a request to return an item.
Books Returns
All Books are FINAL SALE; therefore, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
If any book arrives damaged, please take a picture, and email us at info@nonkuscorner.com with a photo of the damaged product and the packaging and we will process a request to send a replacement item.
Puzzle, Crayons, and Markers Returns
All puzzles, Crayons, and Markers in new, unopened, and resellable condition, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us and we will issue a prepaid shipping label to return the items. Please note that the cost of the Return Label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.
For exchanges, an in-stock product of your choice will be mailed and any price adjustments will be charged or credited.
Clearance / Damaged Box Discounted Sales
Clearance puzzles are final sale. Exchanges and returns do not apply.
