When will my order be processed and shipped?
Currently, orders can take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon the package destination.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed for Domestic U.S. shipping can take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
*Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it is not moving, chances are it is on its way!
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Yes! However, there is only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order. Send us an email at info@nonkuscorner.com as soon as you can! We will do our best to catch your order before it ships out.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States, but please do contact us and we will assist with shipping options and quotes. We are planning to broaden our shipping destinations soon.
Can I order multiple items and ship them to separate addresses within the same order or do I need to order each item/s in a separate order?
Yes, you can! The best way to do this is to create a document or spreadsheet with each recipient’s name, shipping address, a gift note, and the item/s you want to send them. Then, email us at info@nonkuscorner.com and we will make it easy for you to check out and pay for all your items in one easy step!
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing rates?
Yes, we have a limited wholesale program for events, organizations, and physical stores. Please reach out to us at info@nonkuscorner.com for additional information.
What is your return/refund policy?
All Books are FINAL SALE; therefore, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
If any book arrives damaged, please take a picture, and email us at info@nonkuscorner.com with a photo of the damaged product and the packaging and we will process a request to send a replacement item.
All puzzles, Crayons, and Markers in new, unopened, and resellable condition, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item.
How do I make a return/exchange?
To make your returns process as seamless as possible, please contact us at info@nonkuscorner.com with your request and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us. Simply print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package, and take the package to the nearest applicable drop-off location.
Please note that the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Unused return labels expire after 90 days.
